1. Is the aircraft model with built-in LED lights independently developed and designed by your company?

Yes, this product is characterized by the use of hollow technology, the cockpit windows and portholes are transparent and light-transmitting, and the aircraft model is illuminated by the internal LED lights.It can more realistically simulate the state of the aircraft at night.

Our patent owner has obtained a national utility model patent in 2019, please do not counterfeit, produce or sell.

2. What is your customization capability?

We have a team of professionals with extensive experience in designing artwork and manufacturing. Accept custom aircraft livery, model scale, exclusive box and stand. Just send us a high resolution image, your logo and text and related product requirements and we will send you the completed file for confirmation.

3. What file format do I need to provide for custom painting LOGO?

In order to ensure the printing accuracy, it is recommended that you provide vector files in AI format or CDR (all text needs to be converted into curves) or bitmap files in TIF and PSD (with an accuracy of 300dpi).

4. How can I get a sample to check the product quality?

After the product price is confirmed, we can provide a sample with any logo to you to check the design and printing quality of the model, you need to pay sample fee and express shipping fee. If you need a custom logo sample, you need to pay an additional fee.

5. How long will it take me to get the samples?

The samples will be ready for delivery within 7-15 days and will be sent to you by courier after you have paid the sample related fees and sent the confirmed documents to us.

6. What is your MOQ?

Different models can be mixed in one carton, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ. The MOQ for each product is different.If you need further information, please send product request to me, we will reply as soon as possible.

7. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to place an order, and the remaining payment should be paid before delivery.
